Matt serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of F&B Financial Group and Executive Mortgage Consultants. Matt has over 9 years of industry experience including retail and wholesale originations. Matt also serves as the Mayor of Crystal Lake Park which is a small community located in St. Louis County. Matt's outside interest include sports and spending time with his wife and two children.
